Fitness Fun at Bachelorette Parties: Why You Should Say Yes to the Mystery Class

When the poll went out asking if we wanted to join a mystery fitness class at the bachelorette, I was honestly skeptical. But I’m so glad I went for it, this ended up being one of the weekend’s highlights!

For less than $9 a person, a group of us suited up (yes, swim caps included!) and headed to the local pool for some aqua exercise. We got a few curious looks from the regulars, but the congratulations for the bride and all the laughter from the group quickly warmed up the vibe. After a quick photo op, it was time to dive in.

Our instructor brought incredible energy and clearly explained every move, making it easy for everyone to follow along. To top it off, he even gave a shout-out to the bride at the end, which made the whole experience feel even more special.

If your bride-to-be loves fitness, there are tons of fun options to fit the weekend’s theme, like an Airbnb mat Pilates class, renting out a studio space for Pilates, barre or yoga classes, or even a scenic hike or walk. These experiences add a unique and healthy twist to the celebrations that everyone will remember.

Trust me , don’t knock it till you try it!

  • Brooklynn who?

    Brooklynn

Hey! I’m Brooklynn, founder of Gather & Co Events. Planning and organizing events has always been my passion because I believe life is full of moments worth gathering and gathering well. Whether it’s a milestone like a birthday, bridal shower, bachelor/ette party, or baby shower, or simply a weekend catch-up with friends, a great event makes all the difference.

Some of my favorite memories come from my own bachelorette trip to Vegas, a 30th birthday celebration in Phoenix, or even a simple board game night with friends. Life gets busy, and sometimes it’s important to pause, destress, and just enjoy great company.

A bit about me: I’m a travel enthusiast who’s explored 34 countries, with plans to add two more before the year’s end. Planning is in my DNA and I’m excited to help you create events that bring people together and create lasting memories.
